Our client a leading investment house are looking to increase their Fund Research team through bringing one or two key experienced Fund Research individuals into the fold.
The team is responsible for third party fund selection and the management & performance of the fund of fund products and large funded discretionary portfolios. The Fund Research Department is part of the Investment Services Division and reports in to the Chief Investment Officer.
You will be expected to provide qualitative research input to the Portfolio Managers and Private Bankers, and where requested to their Investment Platform, on Collective Investment Schemes.
You will be expected to carry out analysis of, and written research on, Collective Investment Schemes invested in by the firm and its clients. Such research to be conducted primarily on a primary basis.
Assist in the management of Fund of Funds products and other large funded portfolios Input into the firms research process for mutual funds.
Maintenance of commercial relationships with Fund Management Groups.
Assisting Private Bankers in maintenance and development of relationships with clients via proposals and meetings.
