Our client is one of the largest law firms in the U.S.; known for a cordial work environment, great benefits, and diversity hiring.
Due to the rapid expansion of their investment management practice nationwide, they are currently seeking to add experienced lawyers to their San Francisco office.
This practice group advises clients on all aspects of the fund management business, including regulatory compliance, disclosure under the federal securities laws, corporate governance, and transactional, tax and contract matters. In addition to providing ongoing advice and counsel to investment management firms, the firm is active in representing investment companies and investment advisers in administrative proceedings and litigation in a variety of federal and state arenas.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 6 years experience working for a major law firm in the investment management vertical.
Our client is seeking professionals who have experience with many aspects of the financial services industry, including investment companies, hedge funds, Fund of Funds, retail and institutional broker-dealers, and municipal bond underwriters.
