Candidates must possess extraordinary intellectual ability and superlative people-management, organizational, and communication skills.  Previous recruiting experience is desirable, but not required; successful managerial experience in a human capital function at a top-tier organization is equally relevant.  Candidates should be strongly motivated to lead important aspects of the recruiting function at a firm that makes every effort to identify and attract the strongest candidates in the world for every position.  The Recruiting Manager will oversee recruiting for Analyst and Trader positions and will supervise eight Associates and Assistants.  No cold-calling or other personal candidate sourcing is required or expected.
