Our client is a leading global investment bank with regional headquarters in Singapore. Due to continued strong deal flow and growth in Asia, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join its legal entity controling team.
Reporting to the Finacial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all regional reporting requirements for the bank - statutory and regulatory reporting as well as reviewing strategic initiatives at board level. You will also manage, mentor and develop a team of 3 qualified accountants.
A self-starter, you will possess 4-5 years experience in financial reporting in investment banking, having commenced your career within a Big 4 firm. Strong communication and influencing skills are a pre-requisite, as is the ability to contribute at senior management meetings.
