My client, one of the UK’s most reputed Private Equity houses, is seeking an individual of exceptional calibre to lead its UK investments (mid-market) both in buy-outs and development capital
THE CLIENT
The business is consistently engaged in Private Equity projects across numerous fields from technology to consumer businesses. With a heavily broadcasted reputation within the industry for having had unprecedented levels of success in recent years, it’s of little wonder that this organization is attracting only the most commercial of candidates currently in the market.
THE ROLE
Working alongside professionals with a true wealth of experience the successful candidate will find him/herself heavily engaged from day one in originating and appraising potential opportunities, mapping and executing potential financing, managing 3rd party advisors, handling the deal process, outlining future business strategy and managing business assimilation.
THE CANDIDATE
Successful candidates will be bright individuals with strong commercial judgment, based on independent minded common sense, with the ability to win the hearts of vendors and management and therefore win deals.
A very strong academic history
MBA from a reputed school
Development work in commerce or strategic consultancy work with a quality consultancy firm or mid market deal exposure for a reputed Corporate Finance house
Excellent understanding of accountancy and financial analysis
Personable and presentable; ability to establish great relationships with clients and co-workers
