Brilliant opportunity for an investment banker, possibly a corporate finance advisor, to join this growth fund
This recently established growth private equity fund has already establised a brilliant track record of successful investments in early stage -mid stage companies across Europe. Although not providing seed or pure venture capital, they take positions in exciting European companies at the key stage of their expansion.
They are now looking to add an Investment Analyst, who will join the team working on
(1) the origination and execution of investment mandates for the fund, working on due diligence, financial modelling, valuations, meeting with management, and the investment process; and
(2) asisting the commercial management of investee companies with key strategic issues and helping them achieve strong profitable growth
We are interested in meeting candidates who will have a background as follows:
(1) Private equity professionals or investment professionals from other funds
(2) Investment bankers with really good M&A experience
(3) Potentially a very good ACA with excellent corporate finance advisory experience
