New role within high profile security services area of Investment Bank. You will deal with both UK and Global recruitment.
Exciting new opportunity to work with high profile, demanding business area of Investment bank who h have some ambitious expansion plans for 2008. You will work with senior business heads to establish recruitment needs, you will manage end to end recruitment campaigns to attract candidates directly and will work with a small team of established recruitment suppliers. You will be involved in the selection and interview process and remain involved to offer and acceptance stages and will oversee the onboarding of new talent into the business. candidates must have previous senior level recruitment experience gained either through an agency supplying into the Investment markets or through working in house. Candidates will need a knowledge of Banking markets with an understanding of securities services a definite advantage. An additional advantage would be experience of recruiting in the Hong Kong/Singapore market place as this is two areas that will fall within your remit.
