Reporting directly to Head of Audit for Asia
Global business with exposure in role across all of Asia Pacific
Based in Hong Kong
Main Responsibilities
Managing a team of 12 staff in all aspects of the team's audit requirements
Risk Assessment of all related entities in Asia Pacific
Oversight of all audit planning and monitoring of logistics and resourcing to ensure fieldwork comprehensive.
In addition to the review and finalisation of the reports, a forward thinking and analytical approach to look at the approach and control mechanisms with a view to making improvements as required for the business.
Requirements
Over 10 years experience with proven experience in retail credit business. Analytics and scorecard development, originations and collections would be preferable.
Ability to manage multiple projects end to end with minimal supervision.
Excellent coaching and motivational skills, allied with strong leadership abilities
Strong interpersonal skills particularly in English both written and verbal to ensure quality of output and effective liasion with senior management.
