One of the most successful private equity funds is looking to add an Investment Associate
Our client is a significant and long established private equity fund. Opportunistic by investment style, they have made significant returns in both distressed investments and by acquiring significant parts of major international companies with a view to turnaround. They are not a hedge fund.
Their small London team is now looking to add an investment professional, who will work on the identification and origination and execution of investments for the fund.
The role would have involvement in due diligence, acquisitions, valuations, financial modelling, visiting assets, managing the investment process as principal, and portfolio management. Once the investment is made, you would work on turnaroumd, restructuring and improvement through to exit.
We are only interested in applications from chartered accountants who will work in the corporate recovery, turnaround, restructuring teams of the major four accounting firms. You will have excellent financial valuations and hopefully financial modelling skills. Outstanding academics are essential.
