Due to an internal move, the team are looking to hire an Associate into their Corporate Development team. This group is responsible for co-ordinating all the transactions undertaken by the bank, as well as defining overall strategy of the firm and its subsidiaries. This is an opportunity to work on transactions from the principal side within one of the leading financial institutions in the world
A suitable candidate will be:
Associate level or equivalent
Experience in either a similar team in a competing investment bank or as a FIG Corporate Finance specialist with extensive transaction experience
