They work with companies across all media and technology sectors including; advertising and marketing services, digital media, broadcasting and publishing, software, internet, and wireless / mobile technology.

A full spectrum of transactions is offered including M&A, Management Buy Outs/Ins, Fund Raising, Refinancings, Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances. They offer a unique approach and capability in advising on transactions;

- An exceptionally hands on approach by senior staff in delivering client objectives

High deal flow and a healthy pipeline have led for the need to hire at Associate level.

The successful candidate will have;

- A bulge bracket or big 4 accountancy background with 3 to 4 years of M&A experience

- The desire to work in the media and technology sector with previous experience being desirable rather than essential

- The drive and ambition to work well within a small team environment

- The ability to handle a great deal of responsibility and client exposure from the start

- Excellent written and communication skills
