Prestigious global investment house seeks UK qualified lawyer with a significant amount of post qualification Asset  Management experience, gained from either a private practice or in-house environment. Extensive experience of the negotiation of investment management agreements is essential.

Working within a well respected legal team the successful candidate will take on a variety of responsibilities covering all legal aspects of the take-on and management of client business, the establishment of channels for the firm's products and related project and regulatory initiatives. Key responsibilities will include the management of legal risk, review and negotiation of investment management and transitions management agreements and providing general legal advice with regard to business initiatives and new and upcoming legislation and regulation. There will be extensive liaison with product governance, compliance and external legal teams and, as such, excellent communication skills are essential.
