Job Description

The Fund is seeking for an experienced Equity / Buy Side Analyst or Investment Banking Associate; to join its advisory team in Switzerland, Lugano.

Responsibilities can include:

• generating investment ideas
• performing initial investment/trade reviews
• doing business, financial, and industry research and diligence
• financial modelling and valuation analysis
• structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions
• monitoring investments and portfolio performance
• drafting valuation and company reviews
• managing realizations

Requirement Profile

Candidates should have an international background, exceptional financial modelling skills and ideally have some experience (max. 3 years) in a buy or sell side team in an international investment house, analysing and/or picking stocks. The ideal candidate will have gained hands-on training and experience in a global investment bank or private equity firm, has to be a good communicator at all levels, and needs to be fluent (written and spoken) in English. Additional language skills are considered a competitive advantage.

• The ability to handle a variety of projects at any one time and deal with competing priorities
• An ability to engage others in the process and ensure their contributions is timely and relevant
